PMI’s refund policy complies with Florida state education regulations and is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds are processed within 30 days of written cancellation or termination.

Refund Schedule:

1. Full Refund if:

• PMI does not accept the applicant.

• The student cancels within 3 business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making the first payment.

2. Partial Refund:

• If cancelled after 3 business days but before the first class, all fees except the registration fee (max $150) will be refunded.

• If cancelled after classes have begun and up to 40% of the program is completed, a Pro Rata refund will be issued based on hours completed.

3. No Refund:​

• If more than 40% of the program has been completed.

4. Termination Date:​

• Calculated based on the last date of attendance unless written notice was received earlier.

Grounds for Termination:

PMI reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for failure to follow the rules and policies outlined in the school catalog.
